Amazon Prime Video and the Same Day Binge
The new Amazon show that I watched in one day, my web series from 2018 and some basic cable baddies!
English Teacher ended its first season and i’m emotional about it :( Thankfully I had the Pradeeps of Pittsburgh to take my mind off of it… Below Deck Sailling Yacht is ramping up and I’m here for the drama.. Dr. Odyssey brought together 3 of the best comedic minds and no one blinked! What a week of television! Plus, watch my web series :)
Currently making a reel out of my web series from 2018 and I am overcome with nostalgia and joy for this period in my life. I have never had as much fun creatively or been as happy as when J.R. and I made this together. Watch Brunch! A Comedy Web Series starring, written and produced by Haley OC and J.R. Eoghan here: https://www.youtube.com/@brunchacomedywebseries3596?app=desktop
English Teacher — Hulu All Episodes Now Streaming
The finale was a gorgeous little cherry on top of a pretty flawless season. I loved the characters from the jump but by the end of the season I was begging for a network 22 episodes instead of 8 episodes. I wanted to hear and see more from all of them! Do yourself a favor, you’re going to enjoy it!
Pradeeps of Pittsburgh — Amazon Prime All Episodes Now Streaming
I had so much fun watching this show that I finished it in 24 hours. The entire cast nailed both heartfelt and comedic moments across the 8 episodes and it ends on a HUGE cliffhanger. Without spoiling the plot, I’ll say that I love a show that unravels a mystery they’re trying to solve across an entire season. I was engaged and guessing on the edge of my seat the whole time. So fun, so sweet!!
Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Bravo/Peacock Monday/Tuesday
Daisy and Gary are about to go at it but i’m not sure if they’re going to fight, hook up or ghost each other IRL. All I know is the tension between them is present and accounted for. Cloyce is a crazy name but I do hope he and Daisy have a fling.
Dr. Odyssey - ABC/Hulu Thursday/Friday
Last week, Amy Sedaris, Margaret Cho and Kate Berlant were all in an episode together which felt like a fever dream of mine. It was an inspired idea to have three comedic geniuses playing woo woo corrupt health and wellness influencers.
High Potential — ABC/Hulu Tuesday/Wednesday
Someone finally let Kaitlin Olson be hot, praise Jesus! I know she’s funny but she’s also a stone cold hottie and no one ever says it!!! It’s also got a lot of heart and sweetness to it. Let Kaitlin play MILFs!!
Anora — In Theaters Now
I love bright lights and shiny objects so of course I enjoyed myself! Do I think we could’ve wrapped this story up in under 2 hours? Probably, but I love Mikey Madison so I wasn’t mad to see her on screen even longer.
Abbott Elementary — ABC/Hulu Wednesday/Thursday
It’s so lovely to have this back. It feels like a warm hug from a favored family member. It’s obviously great when a show drops all episodes at once and you can see everything start to finish, but it feels SPECIAL to have a weekly routine of sitting down to watch something!
What We Do in the Shadows — FX/Hulu Monday/Tuesday
Back with THREE EPISODES! God I love these crazy kids. I missed seeing them on my screen.
You think movies should be under 2 hours, I think TV shows shouldn’t be more than 8 episodes a season for more than 2-3 seasons max. We’re just aligned like that.
